The Biblical Basis of the Society of the Cross Vows
Totally depend on the grace of God, knowing that without Him I can
do nothing.
Eph 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works,
lest any man should boast.

Proclaim
the cross of Christ, as the means to salvation and reconciliation with God, for to us that are saved the cross is the power of God.
1Co 1:17-18 ¶ For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ
should be made of none effect. For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is
the power of God.
Col 1:20-22 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself;
by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven. And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind
by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled. In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable
in his sight:
Daily offer up thanks, praise and worship to the Lord, for He is worthy and deserving of all thanks, praise and
worship.
Ps 34:1 I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.

read the Holy Bible, meditate upon its words and put them into practice in my life.
Jos 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart
out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein:
for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
Ps 1:2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD;
and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
Ps 119:97 ¶ MEM. O how love I thy law! it is my meditation all the day.
Daily
pray for the will of God to be done in my life and for the guidance of the Holy Spirit. And have daily intercession for national leaders,
church leaders, for my brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus, and intercede for the lost that they may come to a saving knowledge of
our Lord Jesus Christ.
